Return Conditions

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request.

Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unaltered state — unworn, unwashed, with all labels still attached and sent back in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Discounted sale items, underwear, swimwear, and jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange, unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Return Procedure

Get in Touch: Send an email to contact@veronavogue.com including your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Follow Our Instructions: Our customer care team will guide you through the steps required to send your parcel back to us.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is the result of an error on our end or a product defect, return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.

Refunds

Processing Your Refund: As soon as your returned item is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.

Exchanges

Size or Colour Exchange: If you need a different size or colour, simply follow the return procedure above and place a fresh order for the item you would like instead.

Defective or Damaged Items
